The shipping of your order is free.
The products available are generally shipped in 2 days from the order date. We use UPS or Poste Italiane with tracking code as shipping carriers.
Easy returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation and without incurring any penalty, except as indicated below:
the Customer must send to CRISTIAN FENZI s.r.l. a communication about his decision, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is sufficient to write an email to cristi@nfenzi.com indicating the order number, the order date and the product purchased.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
- it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts;
- according to law, the shipping costs related to the return of the assets are charged to the customer;
- the shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, CRISTIAN FENZI srl will inform the customer of the event, to allow him to promptly report his complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured);in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- CRISTIAN FENZI srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. Should the returned product be ruined, CRISTIAN FENZI srl will deduct a percentage from the refund due, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, CRISTIAN FENZI srl will refund the customer the full amount of the goods already paid, by bank transfer or Paypal, within 14 days from the return of the goods.
The customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (name surname account holder, IBAN or PayPal account).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in the cases in which CRISTIAN FENZI srl ascertains:
- the lack of integral elements of the product;
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, CRISTIAN FENZI srl will return the purchased good to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.
